This Smart Planter Can Turn Your Plant Into A Virtual Pet

Belgian designer Vivien Mueller has designed a smart planter – an anthropomorphic vase, which is embedded with sensors. The embedded sensors can measure factors such as water requirement, light exposure, and soil moisture, helping you in keeping your plant healthy and happy. This futuristic device displays 15 different emotions of your plant on a 2.4-inch LCD screen. The smart planter is named “Lua” and it comes with a motion detector too.

Chandrayaan – 2: India successfully launches second moon mission

Chandrayaan – 2 will be India’s first space mission to conduct a soft landing on the moon’s surface. The mission was launched into orbit by Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle Mark III or GSLV Mark-III, the heaviest and most powerful rocket built by ISRO. It is scheduled to make a landing on the moon on 7th September to explore the south polar region of the moon, a region that has not been explored by any nation in the world before.

PUBG Season 4 Cinematic Trailer is out!

PUBG Season 4 trailer gives a dark narrative approach to the game. The trailer shows a kid who manages to survive a brutal war in Erangel – PUBG’s first map – and, in the present, he is overlooking the battle royale. Season 4, which is exclusively for the PC, will show a new version of Erangel. It will have new, refreshed buildings and terrains, popular spots like Mylta Power, Prison, and Mansion have got smaller overhauls.

2020 Olympics: Medals made with old electronics revealed

The designs for the medals of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics have been revealed, and they are stunning to say in the least. But, what is remarkable is not their design but the fact that they have been manufactured from donated old cellphones and electronics! Around 5,000 medals have been made from these donated electronic devices and will be awarded to winners of the Games starting in July next year.

A Ukrainian-based start-up has come up with a product that can reduce your energy bills by half. SolarGaps, the smart window blinds, have inbuilt solar panels that can generate electricity using solar energy. The solar panels are capable of generating up to 100W-150W of power per m2 of a window. This much power is capable of lightning up 30 LED light bulbs and 3 laptops.
