A future building that can self-repair using excess CO2 in the air

Self Healing material

Scientists have developed a material that can not only heal itself, but also reduce emission levels.

Somewhat like plants do, researches isolated Chloroplasts from the plants to achieve the results, however, they aim to replace chloroplasts with an artificial catalyst.

The material can be implemented in building smart city infrastructure, so that the buildings repair themselves, while reducing the emission at the same time.
